ABCNews -- Is your baby hungry? Bored? Tired? Annoyed? When babies cry, even the most attentive parents often struggle to figure out why. But a new iPhone application claims to help new moms and dads decipher the wails and howls of their newborn children. Launched this week by Barcelona-based Biloop Technologic, S.L., the Cry Translator uses sound analysis technology to identify one of five emotional states -- hunger, fatigue, annoyance, stress or boredom.
